中文摘要: 建立了用高效液相色谱法同时测定白灵菇中3种荧光增白剂(VBL、CBS、CXT)的方法。试样用乙醇-水(V/V=1/2)溶液作提取剂,50 ℃条件下水浴静置提取15 min。采用C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,2.6 μm)为分析柱,以乙酸铵(20 mmol/L):乙腈(65%:35%)为流动相洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min。3种荧光增白剂在0.01~10 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.997;加标回收率为79%~90%。方法简单准确,线性关系、重现性及加标回收率均满足分析要求。
Abstract:A method for the determination of three fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) (VBL, CBS, CXT) in mushroom by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The sample was extracted with ethanol-water (V/V=1/2) solution by static extraction of water for 15min at 50 ℃. The HPLC method was performed on a column of ThermoFisher Accucore C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 2.6 μm) with elution using 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate (65%) and acetonitrile (35%) as the mobile phases with the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The target analytes showed good linearity in the range of 0.01—10 μg/mL with the correlation coefficients (r2) greater than 0.997. The recoveries were in the range between 79%—90%.
