      建立了离子色谱法测定入海河口水样中硫酸盐的方法。样品经0.45 μm滤膜过滤后稀释进样,线性响应良好,基体干扰小,测定硫酸盐的方法检出限为0.03 mg/L,加标回收率为95.0%~99.5%,精密度为2.0%~2.5%。方法具有方便、快捷、检出限低、精密度和准确度高等优点,可以满足大批量样品的分析。
英文摘要:
      A method was established to analyze sulfate in estuary by ion chromatography. The samples were injected after filtration by 0.45 μm membrane and dilution. Good linear responses were obtained with a little matrix inference. The detection limit for sulfate was 0.03mg/L. The relative recoveries were from 95.0% to 99.5%, with the RSD of 2.0% ~ 2.5%(n=6), respectively. The proposed method is easy, efficient, and provides lower limit of detection. The method is highly accurate and specially suitable for the large quantities of samples.
