      土壤碱解氮是评定土壤氮素肥力供给能力的一项指标。使用塑料密封盒-石英容器作为碱解氮扩散吸收器皿,代替了传统的玻璃扩散皿。考查了七种不同地区的土壤标准样品连续100 d测定数据的稳定性,结果显示标准偏差在0.707~2.825 mg/kg,精密度在0.36%~0.67%。对河北等地30组样品对比测定后,发现采用塑料密封盒方法测定的结果与传统方法的测定结果一致。该容器实现了内外室分离,简化了操作步骤,测定结果准确可靠,精密度高,尤其适用于大批量样品的分析测定。

      In this paper, an alkaline hydrolysis-diffusion method was used to determine alkaline-hydrolysis nitrogen in soil. A sealed plastic box with a quartz container was used for alkaline-hydrolysis nitrogen diffusion absorption, instead of traditional glass diffusion boat. The stability of soil standard samples in seven different areas for 100 consecutive days was examined. The standard deviation of the results was between 0.707 mg/kg and 2.825 mg/kg. The precision tests showed that the relative standard deviation was between 0.36% and 0.67%. It was found that results of this hydrolysis-diffusion method were consistent with the traditional method for 30 samples. The proposed scheme has realized inside and outside separation of the chamber, simplification of analysis; and accurate and reliable results. The method is especially suitable for routine analysis.
