中文摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定钼中Co、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、W、Zr元素含量的方法。确定了溶样方法和分析谱线,采用基体匹配消除干扰。对方法精密度和准确度进行实验,实验结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差均小于3%,加标回收率在80.95%~110.4%。所建方法快速、准确,适用于钼中多元素同时测定。
Abstract:A method for the determination of Co,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,W,Zr in molybdenum by ICP-OES was established. The sample dissolution method and the analytical spectral lines were determined. The matrix matching was used to eliminate the effects of the base of molybdenum on these elements. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the determination of each element were all less than 3% and the recovery coefficient was between 80.95% and 110.4%. The experiments showed that this method is rapid, accurate and applicable to multi-element simultaneous determination in molybdenum.
