中文摘要: 建立了离子色谱法同时测定水中7种常见阴离子,3种无机消毒副产物和5种卤代乙酸的分析方法。采用IonPac AS19阴离子分离柱,以KOH为淋洗液,大体积进样,采用浓度梯度洗脱,可在 33min内同时测定上述15种被测物。7种常见阴离子的测定下限为2.3~10.0 μg/L,3种无机消毒副产物的测定下限为3.3~10.0 μg/L,5种卤代乙酸的测定下限为5.3~34.3 μg/L。应用该方法对杭州市4个自来水厂的源水及出水进行测定,发现其中4个水厂出水均有二溴乙酸检出,3个水厂有三溴乙酸检出,两个水厂有氯酸盐检出,一个水厂有三氯乙酸检出。
Abstract:A method was proposed that allowed the simultaneous determination of seven common anions, three inorganic disinfection by-products (DBPs) and five haloacetic acids (HAAs) in water samples by ion chromatography. Using the anion exchange column IonPac AS19 and KOH as eluent, large volume injection, all the compounds could be well separated and determined within 33 min by employing a concentration rate gradient. Limits of quantitative lower limits of the seven common anions were between 2.3 and 10.0μg/L, the three inorganic DBPs were between 3.3 and 10.0μg/L, and the five HAAs were between 5.3 and 34.3μg/L. The method was applied for determination of the source water and treated drinking water from the four waterworks of Hangzhou. Dibromoacetic acid was found in all the four waterworks, and three contain tribromoacetic acid, two contain chlorate, one contains trichloroacetic acid among the four waterworks.
