中文摘要: 采用光谱分析法对稻米及副产品中矿物元素锗进行分析研究。在优化实验条件下,标准曲线回归方程为A = 0.01236 C 0.03039,相关系数 r = 0.9996,线性范围为0-7.2μg/mL,方法回收率为98.5~106.5%,变异系数(RSD)为1.57 % 。结果表明:稻米中锗含量为0.7382 mg/g﹑米糠中锗含量为3.9713 mg/g﹑稻秆中锗含量为7.5979 mg/g﹑稻壳中锗含量为13.6440 mg/g﹑稻叶中锗含量为14.9061 mg/g。
Abstract:The mineral elements germanium in the rice and byproducts were analyzed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the regression equation of standard curve is A = 0.01236 C 0.03039, correlation coefficent r = 0.9996, the linear range of determination is 0-7.2μg/mL. The recovery is 98.5-106.5 % and the coefficient of variation is 1.57 %. The results showed that the content of germanium in rice is 0.7382 mg/g, in rice bran is 3.9713 mg/g, in rice straw is 7.5979 mg/g, in rice husk is 13.6440 mg/g and in rice leaf is 14.9061mg/g respectively.
