中文摘要: 本文介绍了采用EDTA返滴定法测定铀钼合金中钼的质量分数的方法。该方法以王水溶样,用TBP-氢化煤油萃取分离样品中的铀,采用盐酸羟胺将Mo6 还原为Mo5 ,用EDTA络合Mo5 ,然后用锌标准溶液返滴定过量的EDTA,从而完成铀钼合金中的钼含量测定。通过实验,确定了该方法的优化实验条件,获得的方法准确度优于0.4%。
Abstract:The backward titration by EDTA was introduced to determine the mass percent of Mo in U-Mo alloy. Initially, the sample was dissolved in nitrohydrochloric acid, then uranium was extracted from the solution by TBP-hydrogenated kerosene. Secondly, hydroxyl lammonium chloride was added into the residual solution, reducing Mo6 to Mo5 , which was complexed subsequently with an excess amount of EDTA. The unreacted EDTA was backwardly titrated with zinc standard solution. Eventually, the amount of molybdenum was calculated according the former results. Several experiments were carried out in different conditions and satisfactory results were achieved. A better precision than 0.4% for this method was achieved.
