Abstract:The evaluation parameters for an analytical methodincluding detection limit, determination limit, sensitivity, precision, accuracy, dynamic range, linear range and anti-interference power etc., were introduced in detail. The single factor alternative optimization method was reviewed and the reliability of accuracy assessment using the standard addition experiment was evaluated. In addition, some practical problems that encountered during instrumental analysis processes were discussed as well.
