中文摘要: 采用紫外分光光度法测定了高铼样品中的铼。研究了过氧化氢溶解和氢氧化钠碱熔对钨铼、钼铼合金样品的不同前处理过程,确定了铼的最佳测定条件为:在50 mL容量瓶中加入40 mL氢氧化钠(50%),4 mL盐酸羟胺(1%),反应30 min后在波长300 nm处测定。运用此方法测定了钨铼、钼铼合金以及高铼酸铵中的铼,相对标准偏差(n=9)均小于1.04%。将结果和丁二酮肟光度法、ICP-AES法测定结果进行数据比对,结果令人满意。
Abstract:A new method was developed for determination of high level Re by UV spectrophotometry. Two sample treatment methods, dissolution by hydrogen peroxide and fusion by sodium hydroxide, were tested for WRe and MoRe alloys and the optimal testing condition was found as: 40 mL NaOH(50%) and 4 mL HONH3Cl(1%) were added to a 50 mL beaker; after 30 min’s reaction,Re was determined by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 300 nm. The method was applied to determine the contents of Re in WRe, MoRe alloys and NH4ReO4 compound. The relative standard deviation (RSD) (n=9) was below 1.04%. The results were verified by comparing with those obtained using Dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry and ICP-AES.
