中文摘要: 《食用油卫生标准》GB2716-2005中对重金属铅和砷都有明确的限量规定(小于0.1 mg/kg),但对于镉元素并没有限量规定。为此,选取目前较为热门的山茶油,建立硝酸和过氧化氢为酸体系,湿法消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定其中镉的含量,通过对山茶油的毛油和精炼油的测定,均有检出,与已报道的其它植物油中含量水平相当;方法的检出限为0.058 μg/kg,RSD为12%,回收率为84%~103%。方法可靠,灵敏度高。

Abstract:Although there is a clear definition for the threshold limit of lead (Pb) and arsenic(As) in vegetable oil which is <0.1mg/kg in GB2716-2005,no threshold limit for cadmium was given in this standard. In this study, tea-camellia seed oil which is popularly studied was chosen and investigated. A new method using wet digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established in which HNO3 and H2O2 is used as the acidic system. The content of cadmium in the crude and refined tea-camellia seed oil were determined by the method. The results matched with those for other plant oils reported previously. The detection limit, RSD and recovery rate of this method is 0.058μg/L, 12%, and in the range of 84%-103%, respectively. Thus it concluded that this method is reliable and has high sensitivity.
