中文摘要: 建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定面制品中铝含量的方法,经过一系列的条件实验及验证分析,并利用数理统计方法,该方法标准曲线相关系数为0.9992,精密度为0.6%,回收率为103.7%,该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,结果精确,能满足现有标准的检测要求。
Abstract:The method for determination of aluminum in flour products by spectrophotometry by absorption spectroscopy in graphite furnace atomic was established, after a series of analysis and verification of experimental conditions, and using the method of mathematical statistics, The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method is 0.9992, RSD was 0.6%, recovery the rate is 103.7%, the method has high sensitivity, good reproducibility, accurate results can meet the testing requirements of the existing standard.
