中文摘要: 研究了硫酸亚铁铵滴定法测定铬铁矿中全铬含量的主要影响因素。采用过氧化钠碱融法分解试样,控制铬铁矿试样粒度在0.12mm以下,将试样置于600℃熔融12 min,在试样的硫磷混酸介质中,选择200g/L过硫酸铵溶液5ml,选择不使用硝酸银。采用硫酸亚铁铵滴定法测定不同品位的铬铁矿的全铬含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)在 0.24%~0.34%之间,且与标准样品值相符。本方法操作流程简单,精密度和准确度能够满足铬铁矿中全铬含量的分析要求。

Abstract:The main factors influencing the method of determination of total chromium in chromite by ammonium ferrous sulfate titration was investigated. The flux Na202 was used for sample decomposition, and the analysis results were in agreement with the standard value with precision of 0.24%~0.34% RSD(n=8)on several types of chromite analysis under the operation condition of controlling the sample particle size is below 0.12mm , keeping at 600℃ for 12mins in decomposition, adding 200g/L ammonium persulphate with 5ml in the H2SO4 and H3PO4 mixed acidic medium to achieve the oxidation effect in sample analysis solution, and without adoption of AgNO3 . The method provides the way of simple operation,short process with good precision and accuracy, which can satisfy the requirements of determination of total chromium in chromite.
