      采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对高纯铝酸钙粉中砷的测定进行了研究。样品以盐酸(1+1)、硝酸(1+1)溶解,研究了酸介质及酸度、硫脲-抗坏血酸用量对砷测定的影响。在优化的实验条件下,得到砷标准曲线的线性相关系数大于0.9995。对样品进行了精密度和加标回收试验,得到测定砷相对标准偏差为1.84%~2.55%,加标回收率在98.5%~107.5%。该方法能满足高纯铝酸钙粉中砷的测定。
英文摘要:
      The determination of arsenic in high purity calcium aluminate powder was studied by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid(1 +1) and nitric acid(1 +1), the influence of acid medium and acidity, the amount of thiourea and L-ascorbic acid were studied. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear correlation coefficient of arsenic standard curve is greater than 0.9995. Precision and recovery tests were carried out on the samples, the relative standard deviations (RSD,n=6) were between 1.84% and 2.55%,the standard recovery rate were between 98.5% and 107.5% This method could satisfy with the determination of arsenic in high calcium aluminate powder.
