      称取大米样品0.5000g,加入硝酸5mL,过氧化氢溶液1mL,按微波消解程序进行消解。将消解液于140℃赶酸2h,用水定容至25mL。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定上述溶液中铬、镍、铜、砷、镉、铅的含量。各元素测定值的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)在 0.61 %~ 2.2 %之间,回收率在92.8 %~ 108 %之间。按上述方法分析标准物质GBW 10011、GBW10022、GBW(E)100348 、GBW(E)100361,各元素测定值与标准值一致。

      The rice sample was weighed at 0.5000g, added 5ml nitric acid and 1mL hydrogen peroxide solution, and digested by microwave digestion procedure. The digestion solution was dried at 140 ℃ for 2h and water was fixed to 25mL. The contents of chromium, nickel, copper, arsenic, cadmium and lead in the above solutions were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The relative standard deviation RSD (n=6) of each element was between 0.61% and 2.2%, and the recovery was between 92.8% and 108%. Standard reference materials of GBW 10011, GBW 10022, GBW (E) 100348 and GBW (E) 100361 were analyzed by the above methods. The measured values of each element were in accordance with the standard values.
