      采用硝酸消解前处理钕铁硼磁体,以基体匹配法建立了电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钕铁硼中重金属铅含量的分析方法。研究选择了仪器的工作条件和分析波长。结果表明,工作曲线的线性相关系数为0.99993,方法检出限为0.009 μg/mL,回收率达到104 %,正确度和精密度均小于3 %。该方法检出限低,满足实际检测需求,可以快速准确方便地测定钕铁硼中铅含量。
英文摘要:
      The sample of neodymium-iron-boron magnet was digested by nitric acid. An analysis method was established for determination of heavy metal lead in neodymium-iron-boron magnet with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES). The working conditions of the instrument and analysis wavelength were discussed. Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99993, the detection limit was 0.009 μg/mL, the recovery of standard addition was 104 %, the accuracy and precision were all less than 3 %. The detection limit of the method was low and met the actual analysis requirements. This method could quickly, conveniently and accurately detect the heavy metal lead in neodymium-iron-boron magnet.
