中文摘要: 采用碱分离-EDTA络合滴定法测定铝基钯催化剂中的氧化铝,考察了试样分解温度、EDTA的用量、煮沸时间试验、氟化钾用量试验、共存离子干扰等一系列条件对铝测定结果的影响。对标样定值的5个铝基钯催化剂的氧化铝进行测定,测定结果与参考值一致,测定范围是75%~95%,测定结果的RSD(n=7)均小于1%。证实所拟定的铝基钯催化剂中铝的EDTA络合滴定法,测定结果准确可靠。

Abstract:The alumina in the aluminum-based palladium catalyst was determined by alkali separation-EDTA complexometric titration. The decomposition temperature, EDTA dosage, boiling time test, potassium fluoride dosage test, coexisting ion interference and other conditions were investigated. The effect of the measurement results. The alumina of five aluminum-based palladium catalysts with standard values was determined, and the measurement results were consistent with the reference values. The measurement range was 75% to 95%, and the RSD (n=7) of the measurement results were all less than 1%. It was confirmed that the EDTA complexometric titration method of aluminum in the proposed aluminum-based palladium catalyst was accurate and reliable.
