中文摘要: 采用粉末压片制样-X射线荧光光谱法研究地质样品中硫(S)和氟(F)元素的快速测定方法。通过分级过筛实验优化确定样品粒度,探讨样品粒度对测定结果的影响,并进行实际样品和标准物质验证。结果显示,样品粒度为85μm时,经实际样品和标准物质验证,测定结果与化学值和标准认定值相符,且RSD均小于2%。该方法具有准确度高、检出限好、测试范围广、简便快速等优点,能确保样品分析结果的质量,实现了地质样品中S和F的快速测定。

Abstract:Use X-ray fluorescence spectrometry testing the sulphur and fluorine with pressed powder preparation in geological samples. The paper verified the actual samples and reference materials by optimizing the particle sizes of the sample which influnce the analyze test results. The results shows that it is consistent between the reference value and the fixed value when the sample size is 85 microns, whose RSD is less than 2%. The method can realizes the rapid detection of sulphur and fluorine in geological samples, with its the advantages of better detection limit, high accuracy and wide test range, and ensuring the quality of sample analysis results.
