中文摘要: 通过添加高锰酸钾去除了废水中一些还原性物质的干扰,选用磷酸作为提供氢离子的介质大大掩蔽了铁(III)对试验的影响,改变显色剂的配制方法提高了显色剂的稳定性,建立了二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定PCB废水中六价铬的方法。改进后的实验相对标准偏差小于1.5%,加标回收率为98.8%~100.4%,该方法过程简单,分析速度快,为PCB废水中六价铬的测定提供了新的思路。
Abstract:Eliminate the interference of reducing substances in the waste water by adding potassium permanganate. Select phosphoric acid as the media of supplying hydrogen ion, which significantly reduces the impact of iron (III) to the experiment.A spectrophotometric method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in PCB wastewater by diphenylcarbazide was established. Change the preparation method of visualization reagent to improve its stability. The relative standard deviation of the improved experiment is within 1.5% and the adding standard recovery is 98.8%—100.4%. Advantages of the method are simple process and quick analysis. It provides a new idea to determinate the hexavalent chromium in the waste water from PCB.
