      选用国家标准样品和高纯物质来配制标准样品,采用混合熔剂(67%Li2B4O7+33%LiBO2)来熔融制样,使用X射线荧光光谱仪测定钠冰晶石中SiO2、Fe2O3、MgO、CaO、K2O、TiO2、P2O5、Na、F、Al各组分的含量,试验结果表明,各组分的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.57%~6.52%之间,与第三方实验室对比测试结果也表明,本法可以满足工厂检测要求。
英文摘要:
      The national standard sample and the high purity material are selected to prepare the standard sample, and the mixed flux (67%Li2B4O7+33%LiBO2) is used to melt the sample. The contents of SiO2, Fe2O3, MgO, CaO, K2O, TiO2, P2O5, Na, F and Al in sodium cryolite were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The test results show that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of each component is between 0.57% and 6.52%. The comparison with the third-party laboratory also shows that this method can meet the requirements of factory detection.
