中文摘要: 概述:赤泥是以铝土矿为原料生产氧化铝时产生的极细固体废弃物,它碱度高,含有少量有机物和有价元素。针对赤泥综合利用的分析检测需要,我们研制并开发出了一套赤泥化学成分标准样品,涵盖主元素Al、Si、Fe、Ti、K、Na、Ca、Mg、S,参考元素P、V、Cr、Ga、Mn、Zn、Zr以及灼减等指标,并按照主元素化学成分的梯度,将成分设计成8个点,完全满足X-射线荧光光谱仪等大型仪器的需要。使用该标准样品,可以快速、准确地提供赤泥化学成分数据,同时跟踪和比对采用化学方法的检测数据,对开展赤泥综合利用,推进铝工业的持续发展,改善环境污染发挥重要的作用。
Abstract:Red mud is a very fine solid waste produced by the production of alumina from bauxite. It has high alkalinity and contains a small amount of organic matter and valuable elements. For the analysis and testing needs of the comprehensive utilization of red mud, we have developed a set of CRMs for Chemical Composition of red mud , covering the main elements Al, Si, Fe, Ti, K, Na, Ca, Mg, S, reference element P, V, Cr, Ga, Mn, Zn, Zr and indicators such as burning loss. According to the gradient of the main elements’ chemical composition, the composition is designed into eight points. It can meet the needs of large-scale instrumentation such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The use of this standard sample provides reliable red mud chemical composition data quickly and accurately, and track and compare the results of chemical analysis. It plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive utilization of red mud, promoting the sustainable development of the aluminum industry and improving environmental pollution.
