中文摘要: 采用过氧化钠分解试样,盐酸浸取,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定电镀废弃物中的镍含量。测定范围: ω(Ni):1.00%~10.00%。本文采用过氧化钠碱熔,通过仪器参数的优化、共存元素干扰实验等,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法[1]测定电镀废弃物中镍量的方法,完全能够满足此类物料中镍含量的检验工作。经加标回收实验,镍元素的加标回收率为99%~107%(n=3),该方法准确简单,适用于电镀废弃物的镍测定。
Abstract:The nickel content in electroplating waste was determined by Sodium peroxide decomposition sample, hydrochloric acid leaching and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Determination range: ω (Ni): 0.50% ~ 10.00%. In this paper, an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) [1] method for determination of nickel content in electroplating waste has been established by using Sodium peroxide alkali fusion, through sample melting time and temperature, instrument conditions, interference experiments of coexisting elements, etc. The method can completely meet the inspection work of nickel content in such materials. The recovery rate of nickel is 92%~105%(n=3) through the standard addition recovery experiment. The method is accurate and simple, and is suitable for nickel determination of electroplating waste.
