中文摘要: 采用HCl-HNO3溶解样品,使用电感耦合等离子体等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)直接测定二次电池废料中锂、镍、钴和锰的含量。选用元素最佳分析谱线和仪器合适的工作条件测定实际样品,试验结果表明共存元素对测定结果基本没有影响。相对标准偏差( n=11),RSD<2%,加标回收率在98.4%-103.3%之间。通过不同方法的测试结果对比,同一样品的不同测试结果基本吻合,结果表明该方法操作快速简便,分析结果准确,能够满足二次电池废料中锂、镍、钴和锰含量的测定。
Abstract:The sample was dissolved by HCl-HNO3, the contents of lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese in waste secondary battery were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The best analytical spectral line of elements and the suitable working conditions of the instrument were selected to determine the actual samples. The experimental results show that the coexisting elements have little effect on the determination results. The relative standard deviation (n=11), RSD<2%) and the recovery of 98.4% ≤ 103.3%. Through the comparison of the test results of different methods, the different test results of the same sample are basically consistent. The results show that the method is rapid and simple, the analytical results are accurate, and can meet the determination of lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese in waste secondary battery.
