中文摘要: 本文采用微波消解溶解样品,建立ICP-MS法测定硅石中锰、铜、钒、钛、铬五种杂质元素的方法。探讨了溶解样品及消除干扰的最佳方式, 选用Sc(10μg . L-1 )为内标,动态反应池(DRC)模式进行测定。方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg(51V)~1.66 mg/kg(47Ti),加标回收率在88.6%~ 109.3%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3%。该法快速准确,精密度好,检出限低,适合硅石中五种杂质元素的测定。
Abstract:In this paper,microwave dissolution sample is used, an ICP-MS method was established for the determination of five impurity elements of manganese, cuprum, vanadium, titanium and chromium in silica. The best way to dissolve the sample and eliminate the interference was discussed. Sc(10 μg · L-1) was selected as the internal standard and the dynamic reaction cell(DRC) model was used for determination. The detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/kg(V) to 1.66 mg/kg(Ti), and the recovery rate was between 88.6 % and 109.3 %, and the relative standard deviation was less than 3 %.The method is fast and accurate, the precision is good, and the detection limit is low. It is suitable for the determination of five impurity elements in silica.
