中文摘要: 铜阳极泥中含有大量金、银、铂、钯等贵金属而具有较高回收价值,其中金是主要价值元素,金的精准检测对其综合回收具有重要指导指导意义。由于生产铜阳极泥的阳极板成分、生产指标控制、设备设施水平等因素的不同,导致其主要成分及含量均有较大差异,实验针对代表性的多金属复杂铜阳极泥,采用火试金考察了多因素对检测结果的影响。在硅酸度K=1.8、铅扣为35g、氧化铅过量系数为1.8、熔炼温度为1100℃、熔炼升温时间和保温时间均为30min时,金的检测结果平均值为14.65kg/t(n=6),其SD=4.26%、RSD=0.29%;该优化条件下加标回收率在99.40%-100.80%之间,RSD=0.17%、0.19%、0.21%。优化条件下可实现多金属复杂铜阳极泥中金的精准检测。

Abstract:Copper anode slime contains a large amount of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium and so on, which has high value. Gold is the main valuable element in the anode slime, therefore, accurate detection of gold in copper anode slime has important guiding significance for its comprehensive recovery. Due to the different conditions of anode composition, production index control, equipment and facility level, etc., the main compositions of copper anode slimes are quite different. In this study, the influences of multiple factors on the gold detection results were investigated for the representative multi-metal complex copper anode slime. When silicate degree (K) is 1.8, lead ring is 35g, excess coefficient of alumina is 1.8, melting temperature is 1100℃, and heating time and holding time both are 30min, the average test result was 14.65 kg/t (n=6), SD=4.26%, RSD=0.29%. Under the optimized conditions, the standard recovery was 99.40%-100.80%, SD=5.40%, RSD were 0.17%, 0.19% and 0.21% respectively. The accurate detection of gold in complex copper anode slime can be achieved under the optimal experimental conditions.
