中文摘要: 利用离子色谱法同时测定土壤中的Cl-、SO42-、 NO3-三种无机阴离子。采用30mmol/L KOH淋洗液在1.2ml/min流速下对Cl-、SO42-、NO3-三种无机阴离子进行分离测定,混合标准溶液的相对标准偏差为0.16%~0.84%,三种阴离子的线性范围都在0~150 mg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.999。三种阴离子的检出限分别是0.062mg/L、0.096 mg/L和0.064mg/L。对四种国家标准物质的测定结果表明(n=9),测定值与标准值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3,三种阴离子的加标回收率为95.55%~108.80%。本实验采用离子色谱法测定土壤中的Cl-、SO42-、NO3-三种无机阴离子,同传统方法比较此方法分析简便快捷无污染对人体无任何伤害,真正实现了绿色化学的分析要求。在7min以内完成分析适合大批量土壤水溶盐阴离子的测定。
Abstract:The Cl-, SO42-, NO3-three inorganic anions in the soil were measured simultaneously by ion chromatography. Using 30mmol/L KOH leaching fluid at 1.2 ml/min flow rate, Cl-, SO42-, NO3- three inorganic anions were isolated and determined, and the relative standard deviation of mixed standard solutions was 0.16% to 0.84%, and the linear range of the three anions was 0 to 150 mg/L, The linear correlation coefficients are greater than 0.999. The detection limits for the three anions are 0.062 mg/L, 0.096 mg/L and 0.064 mg/L. The results of the measurement of four national standard substances showed that the measured value was consistent with the standard value, and the value of the three anions was 95.55% to 108.80%. This experiment uses ion chromatography to determine the Cl-, SO42-, NO3- three inorganic anions in the soil, compared with the traditional method, the analysis is simple and fast without any harm to the human body, and really realizes the analysis requirements of green chemistry. Analysis within 7min is suitable for the determination of water-soluble salt anions in large quantities of soil.
