中文摘要: 为准确定量土壤硒总量,提出以1+1逆王水-石墨消解法消解土壤,氢化物原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS) 测定土壤总硒含量的方法。其中,对消解方式、消解时间和仪器条件进行了探讨,确定最优检测条件。称取0.2 g土壤加入5 mL 1+1逆王水于石墨消解仪120 ℃消解1.5 h,冷却至室温后用超纯水定容至25 mL,原子荧光光度计测定总硒含量。结果显示,九种土壤标准物质测定值都在理论值范围内,其相对标准偏差为2.6 %,加标回收率为92.3~110 %,检出限为0.68 ng/L。该方法测定结果准确,操作简单、实验周期短、成本低、安全。
Abstract:In order to accurately quantify the total amount of soil selenium, a method was established. The soil samples were digested in a graphite digestion instrument by 1+1 inverse aqua regia, and then the selenium concentration was determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). The effects of the ways of digestion , times and the work condition of apparatus for the determination of Se are discussed, the operating condition of apparatus was optimized. 5 mL 1+1 inverse aqua regia was added into 0.2 g soil standard material. The mixture was digested by the graphite digestion instrument at 120 °C for 1.5 h, and then adjusted to 25 mL with ultrapure water after cooling. The selenium concentration was determined by HG-AFS. The result showed that the selenium concentration of all soil standard materials within the theoretical range, the relative standard deviation was 2.6%, the recovery rate was 92.3~110%, and the detection limit was 0.68 ng/L. The selenium concentration of nine soil standard materials can pass by the method. The advantage of this method includes accurate result, simple operation, short digestion time, low cost and safety.
