中文摘要: 硒(Ⅳ)与DAN(2,3-二氨基萘)生成具有荧光特性的4, 5-苯并苤硒脑,可用分子荧光光谱法测定,优化了测定的实验条件,建立了快速准确测定大米中痕量硒的方法。结果表明,其最佳测定条件为:pH=2.0,反应温度为80 ℃,1.0×10-5 mol·L-1 十六烷基溴化吡啶用作表面活性剂,环己烷萃取条件下,增敏效果明显,在0 ~ 0.067 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为6.44×10-4 μg·mL-1,并且将该方法应用于三个不同地区的大米中硒含量的测定,相对标准偏差为1.9% ~ 2.8%,加标回收率在87.8 % ~ 106.5 %之间,表明该方法准确可靠。
Abstract:Selenium (Ⅳ) with DAN (2,3-diaminonaphthalene) was carried out to produce 4,5-benzoselenol with strong fluorescence characteristics, the trace Se can be determined by molecular fluorescence spectrophotometry, the conditions for the determination of trace Se were optimized, the fast determination of trace Se in selenium-enriched rice were established. The results showed that the optimal test conditions were as the follow: pH = 2.0, 80 ℃, 1.0×10-5 mol·L-1 CPB in cyclohexane, the sensitization effect was obvious. Under the optimum conditions, a good linearity was observed in the range of 0 ~ 0.067 μg·mL-1 with the detection limit is 6.44×10-4 μg·mL-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the trace selenium in selenium-enriched rice from three different provinces, the RSD of the determination results were 1.9% ~ 2.8%. the recoveries of samples were 93.7 % ~ 108.8 %, the result showed the method is reliable and sensitive.
