中文摘要: 研究通过发热量值不等的污泥样品干化温度、干化时间、样品称样量以及助燃物添加量等试验因素摸索,优化了污泥发热量测定条件,解决了低发热量值污泥样品测试难题。研究表明:湿污泥样品在105℃条件下干化6h后,使用研磨仪对样品进行研磨40s,称取研磨后的污泥样品1.0g,在充有3.0MPa氧气的氧弹内充分燃烧测试结果准确、稳定;对于发热量值低于7.0 MJ/kg污泥样品,通过添加0.2g苯甲酸标准物质助燃可获得准确的发热量值。
Abstract:through the experimental factors of drying temperature, drying time, sample weighing amount and combustion supporting material adding amount of sludge samples with different calorific value, the test conditions of sludge calorific value were optimized, and the problem of sludge sample test with low calorific value was solved. The results show that: after drying at 105 ℃ for 6h, the wet sludge sample is grinded for 40s with a grinder, 1.0g of the grinded sludge sample is weighed and fully burned in an oxygen bomb filled with 3.0MPa oxygen, and the test results are accurate and stable; For the sludge samples with calorific value lower than 7.0 MJ / kg, the accurate calorific value can be obtained by adding 0.2 g benzoic acid reference material to assist combustion.
