中文摘要: 采用火花放电原子放射光谱法测定内蒙古准格尔煤田高铝粉煤灰中提取的铝锭中的Si、Fe、Cu、Mg、Mn、Zn、Ga、Ti、Ni、Cr、V、Al等杂质元素含量,考察了样品制备、分析过程、仪器附件等三个方面对直读光谱仪检测准确性的影响。结果表明,样品平整度及温度、类型标准化及测样位置以及氩气和电极都会对测试准确性产生较大影响,得出直读光谱仪的最佳测试条件为:样品表面光滑、平整,温度为20 ℃~30 ℃;电极清理频率为1次/样品,且电极极间距为3 mm;氩气纯度≥99.999 %、氩气输出压力为0.25~0.3 MPa。在最佳测试条件下,火花放电原子放射光谱法的测试准确性可满足实际生产需要。
Abstract:Determination of Si、Fe、Cu、Mg、Mn、Zn、Ga、Ti、Ni、Cr、V、Al and other impurity elements in aluminum ingots extracted from high-aluminum fly ash in Zhungeer coalfield Inner Mongolia by spark discharge atomic radiometry, and the influence of sample preparation, analysis process and instrument accessories on the accuracy of direct reading spectrometer was investigated. The results show that sample flatness and temperature, type standardization and sample location, argon gas and electrode will have a great impact on the accuracy of the test. The optimum test conditions of the direct reading spectrometer are as follows, the surface of the sample is smooth and smooth, the temperature is 20℃~30℃, the cleaning frequency of the electrode is 1 time per sample, and the distance between the electrodes is 3 mm, argon purity ≥99.999%, argon output pressure 0.25~0.3 MPa. Under the optimized testing conditions, the accuracy of spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry can meet the needs of the actual production.
