中文摘要: 本文建立了四酸消解-ICP-MS测试分析方法,基于ICP-MS测试生态环境领域国家网土壤环境质量调查任务涵所盖的39种元素的内标选择进行了分析。建立“主要干扰权重”概念,对内标元素进行分析筛选,确定103Rh 、115In 、185Re、193Ir作为环境土壤分析测试内标元素,试验表明:103Rh、115In对于低质量段元素具有较好的校正效果,185Re、193Ir对于高质量段具有较好的校正效果。方法校准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限在0.001~2.9μg/g之间,该方法用GSS-8标准体土壤进行验证,GSS-8的RSD在1.7%~19.1%之间,加标回收率80%~121%。该分析方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,适合在国家网土壤环境质量调查任务中推广和使用。

Abstract:Based on four acid digestion to digest soil, this paper established the new method to determine thirty-nine elements including the national network soil environmental quality survey task, and the internal standard selection of 39 elements covered was analyzed. The concept of "main interference weight" was established, the internal standard elements were analyzed and 103Rh、115In、185Re、193Ir were selected as internal standard elements for environmental soil analysis and testing. The results showed that 103Rh and 115In had good correction effect for low quality elements, and 185Re and 193Ir had good correction effect for high quality elements. The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves were all greater than 0.999, and the detection limits were between 0.001~2.9μg/g. the method was validated by GSS-8 standard soil. The RSD of GSS-8 was between 1.7%~19.1%, and the recoveries were between 80%~121%. The analysis method has good accuracy and precision, and is suitable for promotion and use in the national network soil environmental quality investigation task.
