中文摘要: 为了提升含铀废水的净化效果,我们制备一种新型磁性复合生物吸附剂,用于铀离子的吸附实验研究,运用BET、IR、XRD、SEM等对吸附剂进行表征,对吸附动力学进行研究。实验结果表明:Fe3O4:啤酒酵母粉质量比为1:2,溶液pH为5、吸附剂用量为0.05 g、初始浓度为60 mg/L、振荡时间为2 h时,吸附剂能发挥最佳的吸附效果,吸附率可达82.41 %,其单位吸附容量为29.76 mg/g,准一级动力学方程为y=0.3882x+0.6089,R2=0.9306,线性关系良好,吸附剂表面活性高。
Abstract:In order to improve the purification effect of Uranium containing waste water, we prepared a kind of new magnetic composite biological adsorbent, which was used to study the adsorption behavior of uranium ion. The adsorbent were characterized by BET, IR, XRD and SEM, the adsorption kinetics was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of Fe3O4 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae was 1:2, the pH value of the solution was 5, the amount of adsorbent was 0.05 g, the initial concentration was 60 mg/L, and the shaking time was 2 h. The best adsorption rate was 82.41%, the unit adsorption capacity was 29.76 mg/g, the pseudo first order kinetic equation was y=0.3882x + 0.6089, R2=0.9306, and the linear relationship was good and the surface activity of adsorbent is high.
