中文摘要: 简单介绍了原子荧光光谱技术的建立及其在国内的发展历程。重点介绍了蒸气发生-原子荧光光谱(VG-AFS)在我国的技术研究、仪器研制及应用及标准化研究。我国在多通道原子荧光光谱仪、原子荧光形态分析仪等关键技术及其应用等方面取得了开创性的研究成果,并形成了一系列标准。标准统计日期到2021年底。
Abstract:The establishment of atomic fluorescence spectrometry and its development in China are briefly introduced. This paper focuses on the technical research, instrument development, application and standardization of vapor generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (VG-AFS) in China. Chinese atomic fluorescence spectrologists have made pioneering research achievements in key technologies and applications such as multi-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer and atomic fluorescence speciation analyzer, and formed a series of standards. The statistical date of standards is until the end of 2021.
