中文摘要: PdAgCuAuPtZn合金是一种广泛应用于航空航天器控制系统中的重要材料,对其中的含量建立一种准确、高效的检测方法,对提升材料性能和降低成本具有重要的意义。本文采用聚四氟乙烯消化罐在硝酸-盐酸(1+3)介质条件下将PdAgCuAuPtZn合金在140±10℃条件下密闭消解24小时,对溶液进行稀释后,使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)在高频功率1300W;雾化气流量0.9L/min;辅助气流量0.7 L/min;等离子气流量15L/min;溶液提升量1.5 L/min,轴向观测的仪器条件下,对PdAgCuAuPtZn合金中铜、金、铂、锌的含量进行同时测定,选择分析线Au 208.209nm、Cu 327.393nm、Pt 299.797nm、Zn 206.200 nm对结果进行计算。结果表明,铜、金、铂、锌的含量测定在此条件下均无干扰,方法加标回收率为98.11%~100.30% ,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.15%~0.26%。与复杂的传统国家标准方法比对,测定结果高度吻合,是一种准确、简便的方法,具有良好的应用性。

Abstract:Pd-Ag-Cu-Au-Pt-Zn alloy is an important material widely used in spacecraft control system . It is great significance that establish an accurate and efficient detection method about its contents for improvement material performance and lower the cost.The alloy was dissolved by HNO3-HCl(1+3) with sealed-digestion at 140℃±10℃ and dilute solution, determination of copper, gold, platinum, zinc content in Pd-Ag-Cu-Au-Pt-Zn alloy by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). at optimal instrument operating conditions that power are 1300W; flow of nebulization gas 0.9 L/min; flow of auxiliary gas are 0.7 L/min; flow of plasma gas are 15 L/min;pump rate 1.5 L/min; observation in axial direction. It is selection wavelength Au 208.209nm、Cu 327.393nm、Pt 299.797nm、Zn 206.200 nm to result computation. The result show that content determination of copper, gold, platinum and zinc is free from interference.and results of precision and adding standard recovery 98.11%~100.30%, the results of precision 0.15%~0.26%. Compared with the complicated traditional national standard method, the measurement results are in good agreement. It is an accurate and simple method with good applicability.
