中文摘要: 铬铁矿中碳主要由夹杂的碳酸盐碳构成。其传统测定方法采用非水滴定法。而采用管式炉红外吸收法,对铬铁矿中的碳的分析测试可实现大称样量进样,能提高分析精度,降低检出限,提高工作效率。试样中碳在管式炉中高温灼烧,以三氧化钨为助溶剂,全部分解为二氧化碳,载有二氧化碳的气流经过红外气室时,红外线被气体特性波长所吸收(二氧化碳红外吸收波长:4.251μm),根据红外线吸收前后的能量之差与二氧化碳浓度间关系,计算出试样中碳的结果。采用高纯碳酸钙作为碳的校准曲线,从而实现铬铁矿中碳含量的准确测定。方法用于测定铬铁矿中碳,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)为2%~9%,经6个国家标准物质进行验证,测定值和标准值一致。方法有效解决了铬铁矿中碳测定流程长、操作复杂的问题,可用于铬铁矿中碳含量的测定。
Abstract:The carbon in chromite is mainly composed of mixed carbonate carbon. The traditional determination method is non-aqueous titration. However, the tube furnace infrared absorption method can be used to analyze and test the carbon in chromite, which can realize large sample injection, improve the analysis accuracy, reduce the detection limit and greatly improve the work efficiency. The medium carbon in the sample was burned at high temperature in a tube furnace, and all of it was decomposed into carbon dioxide with tungsten trioxide as cosolvent. When the gas flow loaded with carbon dioxide passed through the infrared chamber, the infrared rays were absorbed by the characteristic wavelength of the gas (the infrared absorption wavelength of carbon dioxide: 4.251μm). According to the relationship between the energy difference before and after infrared absorption and the carbon dioxide concentration, the result of carbon in the sample was calculated. High purity calcium carbonate is used as the calibration curve of carbon, so as to realize the accurate determination of carbon content in chromite. The method has been applied to the determination of carbon in chromite, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=12) of the determination results is 2%~9%. It has been verified by six national reference materials, and the determined values are consistent with the standard values. The method effectively solves the problems of long carbon determination process and complicated operation in chromite, and can be used for the determination of carbon content in chromite.
