中文摘要: 碳化硼增强铝基复合材料是一种新型的核电站乏燃料贮存架材料,准确测定其中的碳含量有利于从源头上指导复合材料的质量控制。本文对样品称样量、助熔剂种类、助熔剂用量及加入顺序等关键参数做了较详细的试验研究,采用标准样品校准仪器,建立了高频感应燃烧红外吸收法测定碳化硼增强铝基复合材料中碳含量的分析方法,确定了最佳工作条件。通过该方法对试样测定的精密度、加标回收率试验,证明方法用于碳化硼增强铝基复合材料中碳含量的分析切实可行。实际样品中碳测定结果的精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.5%~1.3%,加标回收率平均值为95%-105%,方法检出限为0.0016%,定量限为0.0056%,方法满足碳化硼增强铝基复合材料中碳含量的快速准确检测需求。
Abstract:Boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites are a new type of spent fuel storage frame materials for nuclear power plants, and accurate determination of carbon content is conducive to guiding the quality control of composites from the source. In this paper, the key parameters such as sample weighing, flux type, flux dosage and addition sequence are studied in detail, and the analysis method for determining the carbon content in boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites by high-frequency induction combustion infrared absorption method is established by using standard sample calibration instruments, and the optimal working conditions are determined. The precision and recovery of the spiked samples were tested by this method, and it was proved that the method was feasible for the analysis of carbon content in boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites. The precision (RSD, n=6) of the carbon determination results in the actual samples was 0.5%~1.3%, the average recovery rate was 95%-105%, the detection limit of the method was 0.0016%, and the limit of quantification was 0.0056%, which met the needs of rapid and accurate detection of carbon content in boron carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites.
