中文摘要: 本文建立了天然矿泉水中溴形态的分析方法。普通矿泉水不需处理、气泡矿泉水进行超声脱气,流动相选择36 mmol/L硝酸-67 mmol/L氨水,经阴离子色谱柱分离,用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析天然矿泉水中的溴形态,并使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法确证其总溴含量。结果显示,溴形态的分析方法中:溴酸根的回收率为84.0%~ 104%,相对标准偏差是2.7%~ 4.2%,溴离子回收率为89.0%~ 102%,相对标准偏差是2.3% ~ 5.1%,定量限2.0 mg/L。总溴含量检测方法中:总溴的回收率93.2% ~ 97.2%,RSD为3.1% ~ 5.8%,定量限2.0 mg/L。采用本方法对上海口岸进口的天然矿泉水进行溴酸根和溴离子含量筛查,并对天然矿泉水中溴酸盐产生过程进行阐述,旨在为进口天然矿泉水的质量控制与风险监测提供技术支持。

Abstract:A technique for analyzing the bromine content in natural mineral water was developed. Regular mineral water did not require treatment, while carbonated mineral water was degassed using ultrasound. A mobile phase of 36 mmol/L nitric acid + 67 mmol/L ammonia water was utilized, and separation was achieved through anion chromatographic column. The form of bromine in natural mineral water is examined using HPLC-ICP/MS, and the total bromine content was confirmed via ICP-MS. The results indicated a bromate recovery 84.0% ~ 104%, with a relative standard deviation of 2.7%~ 4.2%; bromine ion recovery of 89.0%~102%, with a relative standard deviation of 2.3% ~5.1%; and a limit of quantitation of 2.0 μg/L. The recovery of total bromine ranged 93.2%~ 97.2%, with a relative standard deviation of 3.1%~ 5.8%, and a limit of quantitation of 2.0 μg/L. This method was applied to assess bromate and bromine ion levels in natural mineral water imported through the Shanghai port, and to trace the bromate production process in natural mineral water, offering an effective basis for risk monitoring and quality control of imported natural mineral water.
