中文摘要: 土壤样品经风干研磨过100目筛,采用去离子水萃取土壤中水溶性阴离子,用0.22μm微滤过滤,以5.0 mmol/L碳酸钠和1.0 mmol/L碳酸氢钠溶液作为淋洗液,采用等度洗脱,SUPP5阴离子色谱柱分离,离子色谱仪电导检测器同时测定土壤萃取液中F-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-等8种水溶性阴离子含量。结果表明, 8种阴离子在0.2~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内曲线线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;土壤样品阴离子检出限为0.6~7.0mg/kg;进行3浓度水平加标试验,回收率为65.6%~120%,相对标准偏差为0.0%~8.9%,表明该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度;方法用于蔬菜种植基地、农田、绿化带土壤及养殖塘泥检测,结果显示,样品中检出F-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-和SO42-,浓度为5.0 mg/kg~1090.6mg/kg,均未检出BrO3-。
Abstract:The soil samples were ground to pass 100-mesh sieve after air-dried, the water-soluble anions were extracted by deionized water, then filtered by 0.22μm membrane, the F-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42- were separated by SUPP5 anion exchange column with 5.0 mmol/L Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 solution as isocratic elution, then determined by ion chromatography with conductivity detector. The results showed that, the calibration curves of 8 kinds of anion had a good linearity in concentration range of 0.2~10.0 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999; The detection limits were 0.6~7.0 mg/kg;Recovery test was made at 3 concentration levels, the recovery were 65.6%~120%, RSD were 0.2%~9.8%, which indicates that the method is high precision and accuracy; This method was used to detect the soil from vegetable planting base, farmland, green belt and pond silt, the results showed that F-, Cl-, NO2-, Br-, NO3-, PO43- and SO42- were detected, and the concentration were between 5.0 mg/kg~1090.6 mg/kg, while BrO3- was not detected.
