中文摘要: 配备动态反应池(DRC)的三重串联四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪成功应用于准确测定金属铜/镍/钴样品中的磷。该方法利用31P+与池中O2的反应,通过在m/z 47处检测31P+的氧化物离子31P16O+从而实现磷的定量,消除了多原子离子干扰,进一步优化了DRC系统工作条件的影响,在O2流速为0.9mL/min的条件下获得31P16O+的最佳信噪比。采用标准加入法的测定方式克服金属铜/镍/钴基体产生的基体效应,实验结果与国家标准方法分光光度法比对结果基本一致。方法线性范围为0.0001%~0.0050%,线性相关系数均在0.9995以上,金属铜/镍/钴中磷的检出限均在0.3ng/mL以下。实际样品测定结果的相对标准偏差在4.14%~13.84%,回收率在94.9%~118.5%。

Abstract:A triple tandems quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer equipped with a dynamic reaction cell (DRC) has been successfully applied to accurately determine phosphorus in copper/nickel/cobalt metal samples. This method utilizes the reaction between 31P+and O2 in the pool to quantify phosphorus by detecting the oxide ion 31P16O+of 31P+at m/z 47, eliminating the interference of multiple atomic ions and further optimizing the working conditions of the DRC system. The optimal signal-to-noise ratio of 31P16O+ is obtained under the condition of O2 flow rate of 0.9 mL/min. The standard addition method was used to overcome the matrix effect caused by the metal copper/nickel/cobalt matrix, and the experimental results were basically consistent with the results obtained by the national standard method spectrophotometry. The linear range of the method is 0.0001%~0.0050%, and the linear correlation coefficients are all above 0.9995. The detection limit of phosphorus in copper/nickel/cobalt metals is below 0.3ng/mL. The relative standard deviation of the actual sample measurement results is between 4.14% and 13.84%, and the recovery rate is between 94.9% and 118.5%.
