中文摘要: 建立了超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定作物中汞、镉、砷、铅、铬、镍、钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌、钴和钼等16种元素含量的方法。采用超级微波消解法对样品进行前处理,优化了酸体系和超级微波消解温度和时间,并确定了赶酸温度。在最优条件下,回归系数(R2)均大于0.999,16种元素方法检出限(LOD)范围为0.0003 mg/kg~0.1 mg/kg,各元素加标回收率在85.9%~113%,精密度(RSD)为1.7%~8.1%。通过与常规微波消解对比,两种方法无明显差异。标准物质验证表明大部分元素的测定结果都在标准值的不确度范围内。该方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高等优点,为农田土壤的重金属污染治理和作物安全种植工作提供方法支撑。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 16 elements, including mercury, cadmium, arsenic, lead, chromium, nickel, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, cobalt and molybdenum in crops by ultra-microwave digestion coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been developed. The sample was pretreated using the super microwave digestion, and the acid system, the temperature and time of the super microwave digestion were optimized, with the temperature for acid removal also determined. Under the optimal conditions, the regression coefficients (R2) were all greater than 0.999. The method detection limits (LOD) for the 16 elements ranged from 0.0003 mg/kg to 0.1 mg/kg, the spiked recoveries were in the range of 85.9%-113% with the precision (RSD) of 1.7%-8.1%. By comparing with conventional microwave digestion, there was no significant difference between the two methods. The validation of the standard substances showed that the determination results of most elements were within the uncertainty range of the standard values. The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysing speed and high sensitivity, which provides methodological support for the management of heavy metal pollution in farmland soil and the work of safe crop cultivation.
