中文摘要: 建立微波消解—内标法—标准加入—ICP—MS法测试高纯黄金中铝、砷、铋、铬、铁、铅、锑、硒、碲、铱等痕量元素的分析方法。本文从试样溶解方式、内标元素及同位素的选择、仪器检测模式的优化及降低基体抑制效应等方面进行优化。实验结果回收率为98.0%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD值)为0.05%~6.46%。本实验的准确度和精密度良好,操作便捷。
Abstract:A method for the determination of trace elements Al、Cr、Fe、Se、As、Sn、Sb、Te、 Bi、Pb、Ir in high purity gold by microwave digestion-standard addition-internal standard by using the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed. The study is optimized from the sample dissolution, the selection of internal standard elements and isotopes, instrument operating condition and detection mode, the reduction matrix inhibition effect. The method relative standard deviation of element determination is 0.05%~6.46%,and the recovery rate ofstandard substances is 98.0%~109.8%. The method is convenient and accurate and reliable.
