Abstract:
This paper studied a new method in which samples were dissolved with nitric acid and without separation of the matrix from the analyt, the samples could be directly analyzed by ICP-AES. This new ICP-AES method was applied to simultaneous determination of 11 impurity elements including Ag, Cu, Bi, As, Sb, Sn, Zn, Fe, Cd, Ni, and Tl in Lead alloy lngot. Sample pretreatment conditions and instrument parameters were studied and optimized. The detection limits of the method, the recovery rates and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.0012~0.0168 μg/mL, 89%~110% and 2.3%~5.0%, respectively.
