Abstract:
The adsorbed oxygen was effectively separated from the combined oxygen in the cemented carbide using the temperature elevation program of the oxygen and nitrogen analyzer. The tungsten carbide powder was used as an indirect standard. The contents of total oxygen and partial oxygen were accurately measured. The method is simple and has a fast testing speed.
