| Abstract: |
| This paper reviewed the progress of the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with post-column electrochemical derivatization and fluorescence detection（RP-HPLC/ED/FD. The major problems of the RP-HPLC/ED/FD were discussed. The configuration of a RP-HPLC/ED/FD instrument and its applications in the determination of polar organic compounds and metal ions were also introduced. |
