Abstract: |
A method for determination of Si,Mn,Fe,Ti,Al,Cu in Ni-Cr alloy by ICP-OES was established in this article. Sample dissolution method was determined and spectral lines were selected. The matrix matching method was used to eliminate interference brought by the base of nickel and chromium in these elements. The precision and accuracy of the method were tested. The results indicate that the relative standard deviations (RSD) for each element are all less than 3%,and the recovery are all between 86.8%-106.9%. The determination results for each element in the Ni-Cr alloy reference material (GBW(E)020023)are all consistent with the standard values. The experiments show that this method is rapid, accurate and applicable to simultaneous determination of multi-element in nickel-chromium alloy. |
