Abstract: |
The chemical speciation of six metallic elements, Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca and Mg in Lonicera Japonica Thunb, were studied. After these elements were extracted by the traditional decoction method, the solution were filtered through 0.45 μm membrane and LSA-10 macroporous resin column and treated with the n-C8H17OH-water extraction system in order to differentiate the soluble species from suspended species, organic from inorganic species, the n-C8H17OH-soluble species from water-soluble species. Finally, the contents of six metallic elements in the solution after dissolution were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometric (FAAS). The results showed that extraction rates for the six elements were in the range of 14.97%~48.54%. The particle adsorption rates of the suspension state were in the range of 4.02%~19.84%. The standard addition recoveries were in the range of 96.58%~103.9% and relative standard deviation (RSD) was (n=6)≤2.4%. |
