Abstract:
A inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method was developed to directly analyze rhenium in molybdenum ores without sample separation and enrichment after the sample were digested in a mixture of nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and perchloric acid. The detection limit was 0.012 μg/g. The method was applied to determine rhenium in the primary standards of national rock samples and the results were consistent with the true values. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 11 replicate analyses of the GBW07285 standard sample was 1.13%.
