Abstract:
A method for the determination of fluoride in wet-process food additives ammonium dihydrogen phosphate by Ion Chromatography is studied in this paper. The results show that the impurities such as NH4 , PO43-and SO42- do not interfere with the determination of the F- under the optimal experimental conditions. The F- linear equation is y=0.09948x-0.1079, and linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999 in the range of 4μg/mL ~ 50μg/mL. The method detection limit is 0.015μg/mL and the recoveries are 96.9% to 101.6%. This method is simple, fast and has the advantage of good reproducibility.
