Abstract:
A pulse heating and time of flight-mass spectrometric method was used for quantitative determination of argon in Ti-Al. And the calibration curve of argon was plotted using reference gas. The program heating was used to determine the analysis power of argon releasing. The analyzing process was introduced, including sample weight and flux. The results showed that when 2800 W power were used to determine the argon in Ti-Al, the release of argon was complete. And the determination results are basically the same by thermal conductivity method.
