Abstract:
Mercury in feed additive manganese sulfate was determined by cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The influences of several experimental factors, such as determination medium, concentrations, the amount of K2Cr2O7, the consumption of reduction reagent SnCl2 and interference of coexisting elements, etc., on the determination were studied. The results obtained under optimum conditions showed that addition recovery is between 96%~103% and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%, which can meet the requirements of daily inspection.
