Abstract: |
A method for the determination of fluoride in food additive-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate by Ion Chromatography was studied in this paper. The results show that the impurities such as NH4+, PO43-and SO42- do not interfere with the determination of F- under the optimal experimental conditions. When F- concentration is in the range of 4~50 μg/mL, the linear equation is y=0.099 48x-0.107 9 with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The detection limit of the method is 0.015 μg/mL and the recoveries are between 96.9% to 101.6%. This method has the advantages of simplicity, fast speed and good reproducibility. |
